Thursday Night

Birthday party to celebrate Josiah with some of our favorite people. On the menu: fajitas, lots of guacamole, streamers, and carrot cake! Sweet time to catch up on life and laugh too hard.

Friday Night

Cards, beer, and leftovers. Still just as good.

Saturday

Fourteen-mile bike ride up the Anacostia River trail 

and stroll through the Aquatic Grardens, hand-in-hand. 

 Date night at Medium Rare, seated where the doors are open for spring's arrival. While we enjoyed our steaks, we talked about our marriage, our relationships, and living intentionally. We watched the sky turn to my favorite shade of velvety dark blue, then black, then we biked home.
