on intentionality

i want an INTENTIONAL life because my father is intentional. i long for a purposeful, deliberate life. maturity, diligence, growth, holiness, uplifting relationships, quiet times, constancy in all the good things, physical/mental/emotional health, and gospel-centered living/decisions- these things do not happen on accident. i want to live on purpose because i want to make my jesus loved. i want to know his love and i want the world to know it too. i hate the laziness, selfishness, and continual quest for self fulfillment that i constantly see in myself. i want to kill the flesh. murder the alien inside.
